SHIPPING INFO

We ship Ireland and EU countries via An post(Irish Post office). Shipping price will
be calculated at checkout.
 
● Republic of Ireland: 1-3 working days
● Everywhere else in EU: 3-15 working days
 
Krie will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For Hygiene/health protection reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless they are defective or faulty. If they are faulty, we are happy to repair the earrings as an after-sales service. 

Please note that customer is responsible for shipping cost when they are sent for a repair.
